Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days only if the damaged item is received. If so, please send us a photo of the article to support@socialup.io

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of products are exempt from refund. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines can not be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
